During our recent two-night stay at Old House, we discovered a culinary gem that truly enhanced our getaway experience. Nestled just a short 15-minute walk uphill from the town centre, the hotel exudes charm and boasts a stunning view of the mountains from its terrace. Our dining experiences were highlights of our visit. The hotel restaurant offered a menu brimming with innovative dishes; we enjoyed delectable dinners prepared with local ingredients. The atmosphere was inviting, complemented by attentive service from the staff, who were both friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was another pleasant surprise. A diverse selection awaited us each morning, featuring à la carte, continental, and vegetarian options that felt substantial enough to power our hiking adventures. While the occasional noise from the terrace could be distracting, my family and I appreciated the overall comforts and conveniences this accommodation provided, including free Wi-Fi. Old House is a solid choice for travelers seeking both culinary delights and active pursuits.
